Invoice Information

Due to new regulations introduced in Poland in 2026, invoices are now issued exclusively in electronic form through the National e-Invoicing System (KSeF), the central government platform for issuing and receiving invoices.

To facilitate integration with this system, the Mazurkas office uses the Saldeo platform. All invoices related to CEN 2026 registration will be sent from this email address – biuro@saldeo.pl.

Please note that emails from this address may include notifications about issued invoices.

Participation in workshops is optional.

All workshops are additionally paid (not included in the registration fee). You might sign-up for a chosen workshop/workshops during your conference registration.

All workshops take place on 18th of May 2026.

• one half-day workshop
• two half-day workshops

Social event:

• Gala Dinner is extra paid, not included in the registration fee (100 Euro per person)
• Both Congress participants and accompanying persons are welcome

Tours (optional):

• All tours start on 20.05.2026 (Wednesday), at 15:30, from ADN Conference Centre
• Language: English.
• Options:
  • Walking sightseeing of Warsaw, duration: 2.5h, cost: free of charge. Places are limited!
  • Warsaw Tour: In the Footsteps of the Warsaw Uprising, duration: 3h, cost 80 Euro/person
  • Tour of Łazienki Park with the Palace on the Island cost, duration: 2h, cost 70 Euro/person
• If you are interested, the sign-up is compulsory! You can do it in the same form that you’ll use for your conference registration.
