To ensure the smooth flow of the scientific program, please follow these instructions:

• Preferably, send us your presentation before 11 May 2026 (Monday) at registration@cen2026.org.
• If infeasible, bring your presentation on a USB drive and upload it to the presentation laptop before the session

• Be in the session room 10 minutes before the start to meet Chairs and prepare.

• Check your presentation timing within presentation details: https://indico3.conference4me.psnc.pl/event/101/contributions/
• You should foresee time for discussion after your presentation. As a general rule, it should amount to about 1/6 of your allocated time. For instance, if the allocated time is 18 min, your presentation should take 15 min (3 min for discussion). If the allocated time is 30 min, your presentation should take 25 min (5 min for discussion) and etc…

• Formats: PowerPoint (.ppt/.pptx) or PDF, Widescreen (16:9) 
• System: Windows 10-11, Microsoft Office 365
• Personal laptops: Not permitted; bring your presentation on a USB drive
• Videos: Embed in PowerPoint
• Fonts: Use standard fonts (e.g., Arial, Times, Helvetica)
• Readability: Ensure text, figures, and images are clear from a distance
• Final check: Review formatting, readability, and spelling
